RF-36 Vineyard-Orchard Air Sprayer

The RF-36 Vineyard–Orchard Air Sprayer is a PTO-driven reverse fan air sprayer designed to draw clean air ahead of discharge, helping reduce drift and prevent debris from recirculating through the fan while delivering even, uniform coverage. It features an all-stainless steel tank with mechanical agitation, a 2-inch fill connection with tank strainer basket, and a heavy-duty rectangular tubing chassis with a fixed axle for stable field operation. Air delivery is handled by a stainless steel fan housing and tower equipped with a 36-inch, 8-blade aluminum fan driven through a Bima M-55 two-speed gearbox with neutral position, supported by stainless manifolds, directional wind directors, and stainless filtration from suction to discharge. With hydraulic spray control, flotation tires, and construction focused on durability and serviceability, the RF-36 is built to provide consistent spray performance in both vineyard and orchard applications.
